Returning an item
If you are wanting to return an item, we are happy to refund you within 21 days from the date of arrival. We aim to refund you within 14 days of having received the returned item. Please make sure your item is returned new, unused and with the clothing tag still attached. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns which are faulty or misused.
Responsibility
Returned items are your responsibility until they reach us, so make sure they're packed up properly and can't get damaged on the way. As the parcel remains your responsibility until it arrives back with us, ensure that you get proof of postage in case you need to contact us about your return.

If you want to return your item, please contact Customer Service WhatsApp: 07429288801 to provide your issues, your order number, the reason and the item you would like to return. Our customer service representative will reply to you within 48 hours with the shipping address for you.
Instructions
Please return your item with your invoice number and reason for your return. There are no returns on sale items. If You would like any more information then please get in touch and we will be here to help.
